We take errors and malfunctions in DocPad seriously. Our quality management reviews every report, and you will get a reply from us.
Please also report a suspected serious incident to the competent authority in your country. In Germany this is the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM). Users there are required to do so under Section 3 of the German Medical Devices User Notification and Information Ordinance (MPAMIV).
