What DocPad is intended for.

DocPad is intended for supportive, cross-indication documentation and for accompanying the diagnostic process by the treating physician.

DocPad supports clinical assessment. It does not replace it. Responsibility for diagnostic decisions and the resulting therapeutic decisions lies solely with the treating physician.

DocPad complements existing clinical workflows and is not intended as the sole source of critical patient data.

Patient data is stored with STACKIT in Germany.

Patients can request through the practice or through our data protection officer that their data be removed from DocPad.
